How to Book
If this is the first time you've contacted Waggin & Walkin, then we'll need to carry out a free initial consultation prior to taking any bookings.
The first step is to arrange a meeting at which we can meet both you and your dog to discuss your requirements and any special needs that you or your pet may have. We'll take notes about their habits, food regime and exercise routine. We'll also discuss their medical history and ask for veterinary details and emergency contact information. This will enable us to make certain that we provide you and your best friend with exactly the right service.
Note: We will also require 2 keys for your home if needed.

Once we've got their particulars we'll be in touch to arrange a meeting.
All fees for services must be paid in advance, before any service commences as set out in our terms & conditions. Some services require a deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable). Until the deposit is paid the booking will remain 'provisional' and the 'slot' will remain available and could be booked by someone else.
